$69,350 RAISED! Zoe Kennedy Cup 2022

After a number of COVID-related reschedules, Tixstar and Figurehead were able to hold the first in-person corporate fundraiser in Zoe's name.

Our goal for 2022: build Zoe Kennedy Foundation balance significantly this year to enable us to reach out further with Asthma Australia and other Asthma-associated bodies to continue to fund ongoing research and projects that continue to educate the public, particularly with children around the prevention of Asthma attacks.

Before the golf day, in just over 12 months, through purely donation without events thus far (given COVID), we have raised circa $110,000. Zoe's first Research Grant has now commenced with Dr. Ryan Mackle, Ryan proposes to test a virtual model of care on children 5-16 yrs who have presented to hospital or ED. He hypothesises that the model of care will result in a reduction in the rate of unscheduled hospital presentations.

But the Zoe Kennedy Cup was all about donations - between the hole sponsors, raffles and auction items, we raised $69,350 to add to the kitty! Special thank you to Shadi from BuildGroup / Post Tension Experts for his $20,000 donation on the day.
